This kit will give you all the ingredients you need to cook one of the most iconic dishes of Piedmontese cuisine, Risotto with White Truffle .

We have selected Acquerello Rice for you, because it is the only one processed with the propeller, a delicate process that keeps each grain intact, and Prealpi Clarified Butter , used by great chefs in their recipes and naturally lactose-free.

THE KIT INCLUDES:

50g of Alba White Truffle in the 10/40g size
500g of Acquerello Carnaroli Rice
250g of Prealpi Clarified Butter.

The doses of the Kit are recommended for 4 people.

What is meant by size?

The term size refers to the average size of each individual truffle.

You will find truffles of different sizes, all between 10 and 40 grams approximately. Unfortunately, we cannot establish in advance the exact weight of each individual truffle that we will deliver to you, as it varies from day to day based on what our "Trifulau" find, but the overall weight you will receive will be the one purchased.

Availability

Generally speaking, the white truffle is available from mid-October until the end of December.
