The Products purchased on the website will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process in the appropriate “Shipping Details” field. All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, the “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. TartufoBianco.com is not responsible for delays that are unforeseeable or not attributable to it. Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track the shipment. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered within 5 (five) business days starting from the day after TartufoBianco.com confirmed the order to the Customer via the appropriate order confirmation email. All shipments will be processed the day after the order is placed, provided it is placed before 8:00 p.m.

Shipping within Italy costs  €15 and is free for orders over €199, while international shipping costs €20. Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend grouping your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent at your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The boxes are of reasonable size and your items are well protected. In any case, the exact shipping prices for each European destination country are indicated at the time of checkout.
