Why do you only ship until Thursday?

We ship exclusively from Monday to Thursday to prevent shipments from being held by the courier over the weekend. We want our customers to receive our truffles as quickly as possible so they can fully enjoy the rich aromas that make them so unique.

 

*Except during holiday periods, when orders may also be shipped on Fridays to ensure timely delivery.

What will I get when I purchase, for example, the 5/10 gram size?

You will find truffles of different sizes, all weighing approximately between 4 and 10 grams. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact weight of each individual truffle we deliver in advance, as it varies from day to day depending on What is found by our "Trifulau" (truffle hunters), but the total weight you receive will be the amount purchased.

HOW IS THE SHIPPING CARRIED OUT?

To preserve the characteristics of the Truffle, we ship using an insulated container with gel ice inside, to maintain an adequate temperature throughout the entire shipping process.

What should I do if my order has been delayed?

If the delivery was delayed due to shipping, please contact us and check the contents of the order as soon as you receive it.

How do you clean truffles?

The truffle should be washed and gently brushed under cold running water to remove all traces of dirt, then dried with paper towels before serving.

How do you store truffles?

Fresh truffles should be stored in an airtight container in the Refrigerator. A glass jar or plastic container is ideal. Wrap the truffle in paper towels or a paper napkin to absorb excess moisture. Change the paper every day.

How long can I keep fresh truffle?

Fresh truffles have a limited shelf life. It is Recommended to consume them preferably within 5/7 days of receipt. 

Can the weight of the truffle vary?

The weight of the truffle can vary over time mainly due to moisture loss. The truffle is composed mainly of water and when it is stored, it can slowly lose this moisture causing a reduction in weight.
