What does truffle size mean?

The term "pezzatura" refers to the average size of each individual truffle.

You will find truffles of different sizes, all weighing approximately between 20 and 60 grams. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact weight of each individual truffle we deliver in advance, as it varies from day to day depending on What is found by our "Trifulau", but the total weight you receive will be the amount purchased.

Fresh truffles should be stored in an airtight container in the Refrigerator. A glass jar or plastic container is ideal. Wrap the truffles in paper towels or a paper napkin to absorb excess moisture, and change the paper every day.

Fresh truffles have a limited shelf life. It is Recommended to consume them preferably within 5/7 days of receipt.
