Exception to the Right of Refund & Return Policy for the Online Purchase of Truffles

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014 (Consumer Code), the Customer is informed that the right of Refund & Return Policy provided for online purchases does not apply to the purchase of truffles.

Truffles are highly perishable goods subject to rapid deterioration. Their freshness and quality can be affected by various factors, including temperature, humidity, and storage time. Since the quality and food safety of truffles are of paramount importance, the online purchase of truffles is not covered by the right of Refund & Return Policy provided by law.
